We were thrilled to discover that Bele Casel made an appearance on In Pursuit of Food, a blog authored by Qin Xie, the London-based food and wine writer, one of our favorite English-language gastronomes.

The occasion was a dinner where Bele Casel Prosecco Extra Dry was paired with “Little Lord Ruperts – salt beef, pickled cabbage, dijonnaise & melted cheddar on black rye.”
