@Bele_Casel sampling grapes as he gears up for harvest

We continue to sample the grapes.

We taste a few berries and then pick some here and there to see what they taste like.

Then we take them back to the winery and analyze them to determine the sugar and acidity levels for the must that will become our 2013 vintage.
