@Bele_Casel: “A bomb in the vineyard… literally!”

world war two bomb unexploded

An exploded bomb from the second world war, found the other day in the vineyard.

Every year, we find “new ones,” both small and large.

When we find unexploded ones, we remove them (even if we shouldn’t) and we call the fire department.

They evacuate and cordon off the area until the bomb squad can arrive. And they take the bomb away and set it off to explode in a safe place.
