“The image above may not mean much to many of you,” wrote grape grower and winemaker Luca Ferraro on the Bele Casel Facebook this week. “But to me it says that achieving a sugar level of 16° (Babo, nearly 19° Brix) in a vintage like this is simply fantastic!”
