The season of the Italian wine guides is here!

Once again, this year, the season of the “Italian wine guides” and their publication has arrived.

This year, we submitted our Extra Brut, our Extra Dry, and our thirty-month-lees-aged ColFondo. We did not submit our Prosecco dry nor our ColFondo 2013.
It wasn’t so long ago that we didn’t send our wines to any of the guides. Today, we find it difficult to publish the results. A few months ago, I was talking about this very subject after a highly interesting experience as a blind taster for the guides.
On this occasion, however, it’s a real injection of faith and self-confidence: A double mention in the Slow Wine guide and three mentions of the three wines we presented to the Vini Buoni d’Italia guide.
I need to thank my father, who works endlessly to express the best unique appellation in the glass in our Asolo Prosecco Docg superiore. And I also need to thank all the people who are doing such great work at Bele Casel.
