{"id":1500,"date":"2010-08-27T23:13:04","date_gmt":"2010-08-27T21:13:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.belecasel.it\/wp\/?p=1500"},"modified":"2020-06-11T16:43:15","modified_gmt":"2020-06-11T14:43:15","slug":"colfondo1-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.belecasel.com\/en\/2010\/08\/27\/colfondo1-2\/","title":{"rendered":"#colfondo1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lately on the internet we talk more and more about events being organized by producers, tired of the usual expensive formats, organized by agencies asking hundreds of \u20acurns for fairs and venues that, in most cases, turn out to be resounding fiascos.<\/p>\n<p>Everything started with&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.intravino.com\/vino\/lambruschi-evoluzione-della-specie\/\"><strong>#lambruschi1,2,3,4<\/strong><\/a>, followed later by&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.enofaber.com\/2010\/04\/barbera1-ma-cosa-e\/\"><strong>#barbera1<\/strong><\/a> and&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.saporideisassi.it\/2010\/08\/il-mio-aglianicodelvulture1-un-po-sentimentale\/\"><strong>#aglianicodelvulture1<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This is why, with the help of&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.studiocru.com\/\"><strong>studiocru<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s Davide , we put together a small happening that will take place in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.belecasel.it\/wp\/2010\/01\/681-non-solo-asolo-prosecco-docg-superiore\/\"><strong>Asolo<\/strong><\/a> on October 30. There we intend to spark a dialogue about and re-ignite interest in a wine that was slowly disappearing.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday morning we will meet at the new Locanda Baggio restaurant, to blind taste two Proseccos on lees representing 4 terroirs:<\/p>\n<p>Docg Asolo : Bele Casel and Biondo Jeo<\/p>\n<p>Docg Valdobbiadene: Frozza and Casa Coste Piane<\/p>\n<p>Docg Conegliano: Costadil\u00e0 and Zanotto<\/p>\n<p>Doc: Lorenzo Gatti and Maurizio Donadi<\/p>\n<p>Tasting will be strictly blind, to avoid being influenced by the Firm\u2019s names.<\/p>\n<p>After the tasting we will make available a classic Prosecco by Silvano Follador, two old vintage Proseccos on lees (to help you understand how this wine can improve with age), as well as a Fortana and a Trebbiano re-fermented in the bottle by Mirco Mariotti.<\/p>\n<p>A luncheon will also be part of the event.<\/p>\n<p>We intended to keep the total participants under 40, but we exceeded that number; we have had so many requests from bloggers\/journalists as well as producers, that we are already thinking about a \u201ccolf\u00f2ndo2\u2033!<\/p>\n<p>This post can also be interpreted as an open letter to organizers of events; remember: things are-a-changing\u2026and they begin at the bottom.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lately on the internet we talk more and more about events being organized by producers, tired of the usual expensive formats, organized by agencies asking hundreds of \u20acurns for fairs and venues that, in most cases, turn out to be resounding fiascos.
